Bondtak 2080 is a synthetic, rubber based heavy-duty spray adhesive that uses ozone friendly propellants developed specifically for a quick, clean, and convenient spray application without sacrificing the excellent instant grab properties it is well known for.
This multi-purpose adhesive spray is ideally suited for foam and fabric conversion but can also be used to bond several substrates to a variety of materials including aluminium foil, wood, plastic, metal, insulation, fabric, cardboard, and paper. (Note: Not suitable for bonding plasticised PVC or PVC coated materials).
The adhesive can be sprayed onto both substrates to be bonded, which, when consolidated will form an instant bond. However, with more lightweight or fibrous materials a one-way bond can often be achieved.
Bondtak multi-purpose aerosol adhesive spray is the ideal solution for industrial and commercial projects alike, offering outstanding performance for a variety of substrates.
How to use:
1. Shake it. All surfaces to be glued must be clean, dry, free of dust, grease and contamination.
2. Select the spray position by turning the spray nozzle.
3. Spray evenly at a distance of 15-20 cm from the surface to be glued.
4. Allow the glue to thicken. After 1-3 minutes (depending on the environmental conditions), firmly press the surfaces to be glued. Extremely flammable!
Store in a well-ventilated environment. When using in a poorly ventilated environment, wear a protective breathing mask.
