The most popular glue by the Japanese company Seiwa intended for gluing leather products. An excellent helper for lacing, gluing linings, repairing shoes or renovating leather products. The glue is water-based, so you won’t be bothered by the unpleasant smell that is typical of solvent-based products.
Procedure
Apply the adhesive evenly to both bonding surfaces and let it dry for 2–3 minutes. Then, firmly press the surfaces together. After 30 minutes, the bond strength is sufficient. You can apply the adhesive using a brush or a plastic spatula, which you can find in the recommended products below.
Notes
- The glued joint will dry completely after 24 hours.
- We do not recommend this glue for flexible joints or joints that will withstand large amounts of water.
- Close the lid tightly after using the glue. If the glue dries and hardens, it cannot be reused.
- Store in a cool, dark place out of the reach of children.
