Stitching Groover, Adjustable Leathercraft Hand Sewing Tool, Leather Edge Groover

Create grooves for your thread to sit in with this special stitching groover by running it along the edges of your leather. This tool has a brass ferrule that helps secure the whole blade section, as well as an ergonomic wood handle that provides greater control and a solid grip, preventing the tool from slipping out of your hand while in use. By loosening and tightening the chuck, you can adjust the tempered blade’s spacing from 2mm to 12mm depending on your preferences.

This tool creates a channel along the edges of the leather, which serves as a guide for punching stitch holes and a space for your thread to sink in. Simply adjust the width suitable for your leather project, position the tool as shown in the photos, apply sufficient pressure, and pull the tool towards you.
