BONIKOL TER polyurethane adhesive
Application: These are strong polyurethane adhesives for the footwear industry, natural and artificial leather, cardboard, ceramics, linoleum, wood, automotive materials.
Instructions for use: Mix the glue before use. Dry the surfaces to be glued and cover both surfaces with a layer of glue (apply strongly absorbent materials twice, the second time after 20 minutes). To increase the bonding strength, activate the surfaces to be bonded at a temperature of 550 C for up to 3 minutes. After connecting the elements, press firmly and hold for at least 15 seconds.
Safety requirements: The glue contains up to 37% gasoline, up to 29% toluene, up to 10% acetone, up to 7% ethyl acetate, in total up to 80% solvents. Work in well-ventilated areas, away from sources of fire. Eliminate the possibility of mechanical and electrostatic sparking, as an explosive mixture is formed at a high concentration of vapors in the air. Storage conditions: Store the glue in accordance with the rules for storing flammable materials, in closed containers at a temperature of +5 to +25°C.
