Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy
1. General provisions
This Returns Policy applies to purchases made in our online store where the sales contract is concluded remotely (online).
2. Right of withdrawal (standard products)
The customer has the right to withdraw from an online purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, provided that the product is not custom-made or cut to order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller in writing (by email) within 14 days and return the product.
3. Refunds (standard products)
In the event of withdrawal from the contract within the statutory period, the seller will refund:

the amount paid for the product;
-
the cost of the standard (lowest-cost) delivery option to the customer.
The seller is not obliged to refund:
-
any additional costs if the customer selected a delivery method more expensive than the standard option (e.g. express delivery);
-
the cost of returning the goods to the seller – these costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date the seller receives the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Condition of returned goods
Returned goods must be:

unused;
-
undamaged;
-
in their original packaging (if applicable);
-
complete as originally delivered.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5. Non-returnable goods
The right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply to:
-
goods that are cut, measured, or otherwise customized according to the customer’s individual order;
-
fabrics and other materials cut from a roll according to the ordered quantity;
-
other goods exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
In such cases, payments for the goods and their delivery are not refundable.
6. Defective or damaged goods
If the customer receives defective or transit-damaged goods, they must notify the seller without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt. In such cases, the customer’s statutory rights apply, and the return-related costs are covered by the seller.
7. Final provisions
This Returns Policy is prepared in accordance with the Lithuanian Civil Code and applicable consumer protection regulations and applies to all purchases made in our online store.
